Return & Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions below.

A. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags and accessories are included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

B. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@avelinethelabel.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Please contact our European support team (based in the Netherlands) before returning any items.

They will provide you with the correct return instructions.

D. Return Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free of charge.

  • Voluntary returns (change of mind, size, colour, etc.): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

E. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

F. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the product first.

Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

G. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or as soon as reasonably possible at support@avelinethelabel.com with photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
